Carolyn

Mayo High School

When we met with Carolyn to plan her senior photo shoot, she told us about an encounter she had with cows during a long, serene walk.  That memory, her love of reading and passion for theater guided our outfit and location choices for her shoot.  For reading, we chose a soft, casual off-the-shoulder sundress and an old oak tree.  The tree's limb perfectly framed Carolyn as she sat beneath it.  For theater, we chose a black pant suit and dark lounge.  The lounge's button-tufted couches added the color and texture we wanted for Carolyn's old Hollywood look.  For cows, we chose a bright pop of color and whimsical neckline to contrast with the ever-so-serious black-and-white cows.  The fake cow was okay but Carolyn much preferred the real because they had name tags on their ears.
