Carina and Ben are resident physicians at Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN. They chose a Minneapolis venue because the majority of their guests were flying in (very last minute) from out of state. Their officiant, also a resident physician, landed just 30 minutes before the ceremony. He had worked a night shift in his California hospital before catching an early morning plane.
Carina and Ben invited friends from every school they've ever attended, including Masterman High School, Brown, Yale and Mayo Clinic.
Best idea ever: dance before, during and after dinner!
The maid of honor rapped her speech as bridesmaids danced back-up.
