Carroll's Corn is one of Rochester's best kept secrets. Only locals and people who get lost in Mayo Clinic's underground tunnels know how to find the popcorn shop. I worked at Mayo Clinic for 4 years because it took me that long to find the place on my own. The warm, gooey caramel and cheese mix is out of this world.
