Mississippi River
The cold winter weather has me dreaming of warm summer days on the river. This day was overcast but we didn't care. We had Cheetos, apples, peanut butter, juice pouches and cider beer--everything you need for an almost-all-day tour.
We thought an ascot would make Tony look like Thurston Howell III from Gilligan's Island. Instead, he looked like Matt Lauer from NBC's Today Show.
In their Christmas card, the kids asked Santa for new parents. We really like the weird ones they already have.
This was the last time Tony's boat was seen in one piece. The next time he took it out, his "buddy" grounded the propeller on some rocks.
