Daddys' Love
We photographed Kirsten and Ken's wedding last Fall. When a handful of their images were published in the January 2016 issue of Rochester Magazine, the story focused on Kirsten's career as a wedding planner--how she could have gone decor crazy but didn't because she wanted everything stripped down to love. A passive reader could easily assume Kirsten meant the love she shares with her groom. Why not? It's a wedding story afterall. But, when you look at all the photos from Kirsten and Ken's wedding, there's a different kind of love at work. Daddy love. Kirsten's dad looks at her the same way Ken looks at his daughter.
