Kylene and Stu live and work in Madison, Wisconsin, but their wedding took place at Kylene’s childhood home on Frying Pan Lake near Hibbing, Minnesota (the Iron Range). Smoke from charcoal-grilled chicken wafted through the air as raindrops turned to sun and a rainbow appeared. Kylene and Stu are avid travelers and bikers so they had a travel theme and rickshaw at their reception. Stu wore a kilt in honor of his deceased father. Kylene’s family is originally from Scandinavia so it was important for everyone to use the sauna (pronounced: SOWna) at the end of the night.
