Laura and Peter met in the hallway of their apartment building when they were medical students at Mayo Clinic. Peter wooed Laura with a mix CD that included Usher's "Love in this Club" and he sang the song for us when we met him for the first time. The night of their rehearsal, Peter surprised Laura with an outdoor slideshow. Guests sat on picnic blankets and munched on popcorn as images flashed onto a sheet hanging from a tree. The day of their wedding, it was Laura's turn to surprise Peter. Servers passed "Hot Peter" appetizers during cocktail hour and guests laughed hysterically when they received a black-and-white photo of Peter as a kid. We're not sure how old he was in the photo but he definitely looked pre-puberty with glasses so big, his cheeks could see. It made us wish we knew him when...
