Nico's Tacos & Tequila opened a 2nd Twin City location on Como Avenue in St. Paul and we can't say enough good things it. The owners wanted it to feel like Cancun, Mexico. I think it feels like a Miami hotspot. Either way, the bright sunlight, ocean-colored tiles and painted wall mural of Frida Kahlo transport you to a dreamy place where, apparently, you don't get hangovers because all the tequila drinks are made with 100% agave.
