Meagan Pittelko, a writer for Rochester Magazine, kindly interviewed us for a December 2012 Shop Talk feature. We were supposed to talk about the things we’ve learned in our 11 years of business. Mostly we dribbled nonsense and Meagan made us sound coherent.
