Terza is an Italian restaurant and La Vetta is a rooftop bar in the same building, downtown Rochester MN. Both have an upscale, contemporary atmosphere and both attract customers who like to wear suits and make big deals. The espresso and gnocchi are the best we've had and that's saying a lot since (wink) we've been to Italy and Eataly and are now experts on the whole "authentic Italian" thing.
