Goalie Makes a Big Splash

Bode (far left) is a senior at Mayo High School and another soccer goalie. We photographed his family and individual photos in and around the pool in his backyard because his mom told us it’s their happy place. We also thought its stone walls, blue water and vibrant trees offered lots of different looks and options for posing. Luckily, the sun didn’t poke through the clouds until the very end of our photo shoot. When it did, dad and brother held shades to block the intense light for Scott and Bode. Mom and I were less helpful. We called it quits and ran for air conditioning.
