One Headshot is All You Need

Realtors and lawyers, in general, have the worst headshots.  I see them on highway billboards and cringe.  They have two signature poses - hands on hips and arms folded across the chest - that make them look like smug, powerful superheroes.  They think they are exuding confidence and success.  I think I would never hire them.  I wouldn't hire them because, I assume, they can't think for themselves.  If they mimic their competitors, they must not have anything special or different to offer.  Also, power is not the same as confidence.  Power has a negative connotation.  Power is loud, egotistical, evil and forceful.  Confidence (more often) has a positive connotation.  Confidence is quiet, humble, friendly and collaborative.  Confidence is what we captured when we photographed Kaleb Pierson for eXp Realty.
