We photographed Nico's Tacos & Tequila in January 2019 when it opened a 2nd location on Como Avenue in St. Paul. The owners wanted it to feel like Cancun, Mexico.  I thought it felt like a Miami hotspot.

The last time we photographed these kids, they were seniors at Mayo High School. Now they are graduates of UW Madison!

These long-time friends jumped at the chance to talk about Olive Juice Studios on camera.

You can’t tell these headshots were photographed at different times or locations because we use the same backdrop, lighting, cropping, sizing and coloring for every photo shoot.

I think of our GIFs and videos like chapters in a book about you. They don’t replace your still photo. That’s your cover shot. They add extra detail, color and dimension to your character so readers (potential customers) feel a personal connection with you.

The man planned and executed an overnight remodel of the company’s production floor so team members could finish and deliver a huge order on time. It was a feat no one thought was possible and he did it. He was THE superhero of the party.

This was Chad’s last birthday party. He died shortly after. He was 40 years old. Everyone at the party knew he was dying. He had cancer and was in hospice.

The men drank beer and teased one another as they dipped their fresh-caught fish in a secret batter. It was an Americana scene straight out of the Norman Rockwell book I carry around in my head.

We photographed Kyle and Josh when they were newborn babies. The next time we photographed them was last Summer when their mom asked us to take their senior photos. It was another one of those full circle moments that still gives me goosebumps when I think about it.

Tony wanted urban-style senior photos so we took him downtown and embraced the construction mess that is otherwise known as Destination Medical Center (DMC).

Ben was a bartender at Tap House downtown when we photographed his headshot for Rochester Magazine’s “Favorite Restaurants” cover. The magazine’s readers chose Ben as their favorite bartender and Tap House’s buffalo cheese curds as their favorite appetizer.

We photographed Tim Nela at Bowlocity for Rochester Magazine’s “Single in the City” cover in November 2014. The magazine introduced readers to eligible men and women looking for love in Rochester MN.

It's matching season for US medical students and we just got word that our very own Jack Newcomer matched with Mayo Clinic (his first choice) for a dermatology residency! 

We didn’t know we’d happen upon a zombie pub crawl when we photographed Pip and Elizabeth’s wedding in 2011 but, when the opportunity presented itself, we took full advantage.

When patients see their charismatic personalities in the photos and videos, below, they know they are going to receive the highest quality, most compassionate care.

NatureSweet found a new use for employee headshots.  The company is printing its "talent" photos on package tops and inviting customers to meet the people who "raise tomatoes right".

Parker is the quintessential all-american, girl-next-door. Sweet and beautiful inside and out. We took so many amazing senior photos for Parker, her parents bought a photo book so they could keep all of them. They also asked us to submit her violin photo to Southeastern Minnesota Youth Orchestras.

Linnea almost hired someone else to photograph her senior photos. She had her heart set on sunset photos in a field of tall grass but she didn't see any examples on our website. Her mom begged her to talk to us anyway.

Scott found these colorful wall murals when he was in Minneapolis, scouting locations for annual family photo shoots. We saved the murals for this particular family because we’ve photographed them 19 times since 2008 - we know they are goofy and we know they will do pretty much anything we say.
